Enhance Any Wedding With Balloon Décor

White balloon wedding paradeIf you’re like most brides-to-be (or even a mother of the bride for that matter), one of the primary areas of focus regarding the wedding day is the overall décor.  And one of the more unique wedding décor ideas I’ve come across recently is using balloons.  In fact, I’ve never actually attended a wedding decorated with balloons, but I just read an article from Martha Stewart Weddings that discusses the idea, and I’ve got to say that I really like it! If you think about it, there really are a multitude of ways to creatively use balloons during your big day.

I know what many of you are probably thinking right now – balloons are for kid parties, not weddings.  But trust me, if the balloon décor is done tastefully and in accordance with the overarching wedding theme and aesthetics, it can really add an element of pizzazz to the event.  They are fun, bold and certainly unique!

The Martha Stewart article, which I’ve linked to below, has 10 awesome pictures featuring balloon décor that will really help you visualize the possibilities.  Some of the ideas presented in the article include a rainbow balloon arch leading to the reception, a white balloon parade where the happy couple leads the guests to the reception, balloon centerpieces, and a balloon ceiling cover.
